My daughter hit a point an end point with USA Swimming but wants to stay fit for High School swimming. I got the 50/100 Speed workouts for her to do at the YMCA. She likes them and they are an efficient use of pool time.
That is great!
Very good material for sprint training, I would like more ideas on working anaerobic power
