(TES) in swimming is the culmination of optimal biomechanical efficiency, maximum physiological power output, and minimal hydrodynamic resistance. It involves precise stroke mechanics, effective energy system utilization, and streamlined body positioning to achieve the highest possible velocity in the water. Scientifically, it's the peak performance state where technique, power, and fluid dynamics intersect.
Developing top end speed is a long-term process that requires consistent and focused effort across these areas. Coaches and athletes often employ a multidisciplinary approach, incorporating advances in sports science, to achieve continuous improvement in speed.

Top workouts. Fun to train with.
There are some good workouts in here. I just have a few complaints. Sometimes, certain terms are used in sets that are never explained. These aren't commonly-used terms either, so it's up to the reader to guess what they mean. A lot of the sets also seem extremely easy. But, maybe that's just how modern USRPT training is. It would be nice if time duration was shown for sets also.
