The Sprint Revolution Short Cord is designed for resisted sprint swimming and assisted overspeed work. Based on Sprint Revolution's product information and demonstrations, the cord is approximately 6 meters long and stretches out to about 15 - 20 yards.
The short cord is particularly valuable for the first 15m acceleration, and teaching athletes to apply force in the correct direction rather than simply increasing resistance like a parachute.
